Marketing Artist
We at Lost Native are looking for a talented, self-driven Marketing Artist to join us in showcasing our cozy-competitive debut title to the world. The game is fully funded by Private Division and is coming to PC and Console in 2024.
As a Marketing Artist, you will be responsible for all 2D and 3D marketing assets, including key art, event art, web/store art, and social media materials. Youβll be adjusting and optimizing new and existing assets for websites, social media, promotions, and storefronts and composing your own bespoke marketing concepts. The ideal candidate is comfortable leading the artistic direction from concept to completion.
This is a fully remote freelance role with a chance of extension.
π©π»βπ» Your responsibilities will include:
Creating captivating 2D & 3D marketing art featuring characters and environments.
Posing pre-rigged characters in Maya (or similar).
Producing high-end and versatile renders.
Polishing key art pieces in Adobe Photoshop.
Concepting and pitching new ideas before executing them to a professional standard.
Creating fantastic lighting/rendering for presentation and marketing images.
Creating assets for the game's social media channels, including headers and profile images.
Collaborating with the team and external partners to create the best artwork possible.
Working within limitations of scope, timelines, and style.
Iterating on work based on feedback.
π As a successful candidate, you would have:
Excellent knowledge of Maya including the ability to pose, light, and render scenes.
An eye for color and composition.
Excellent knowledge of the Adobe Suite such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
Responsibility and ownership over your work.
A self-starting approach to remote working and time management.
The ability to propose and implement creative solutions.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A willingness to collaborate and share feedback with others.

Previous experience creating marketing assets for a Nintendo-first title.
Experience creating marketing art for a family-friendly audience.
Experience working in Unity.
Experience using source control (i.e., Sourcetree or Git).
